The room was the main problem for me. There was a strange smell when I walked in, maybe from the cleaner, but honestly I'd rather smell bleach and know things had been scrubbed. The floors were filthy, and there was mouse poop in the bathroom sink. The bed looked clean, but after seeing that, I wasn't comfortable sleeping in it. Other guests were loud enough that I had to bang on the wall to get them to quiet down. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, check-in was very easy, and being by the highway was convenient. There wasn't anywhere to eat nearby, which was especially inconvenient arriving late, though it wasn't a huge deal. I guess the low price means you get what you pay for.

I've been here a month, and still nobody has cleaned my room. I was told rooms would be cleaned every 2 weeks, but I've asked the housekeepers several times just to sweep and change the sheets and comforter, and it hasn't happened. I know you're short-staffed, but the rooms are nearly always full, so please hire more help. I've done everything you asked of me, and you haven't done what you said. Do I really need to pay for the room again before you clean it? We'll see in the morning if it finally gets done. It's gross having bugs all over my room, and even crawling on the front desk counter while people were checking in. That's just not right.

I was told I couldn't get my money back until I called again the next day, and I still haven't received the refund. The room itself smelled like throw, feet, and sausage when I arrived. Just disgusting. Then I couldn't get comfortable because there was a ROACH in there. By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Don't stay here.
