The shuttle, which you can arrange the night before, was handy because the hotel is so close to the airport. I was impressed and would stay again if I'm in town. Check-in through check-out went well, the staff were friendly, the room and the rest of the hotel were clean, and there wasn't a strong smell of cleaning products. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast even included chicken patties.

The nearby Applebees gives you 10% off the menu. At the hotel, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms, lobby, and gym were clean. I enjoyed the quiet, classy atmosphere that felt true to the Hilton brand.

We booked through USAA Perks after checking several options, and the price felt ridiculous for the room and service. When we arrived the evening of 10/31/2025, we shared our HH information and asked for water and a to-go breakfast at 5 am before our early flight. The desk guy refused the water because we'd booked through a third party. He said he'd leave a note about breakfast, which seemed rude. The breakfast wasn't prepared. One woman said she didn't know about it, and another pulled two gluten-free bags from a drawer. We hadn't asked for gluten-free. At the airport we found a rotting apple, peanut butter, and a gluten-free bagel in each bag. Yuck. The heating unit rattled and made noise all night, and the room hadn't been renovated. Terrible stay and very poor customer relations.

I stayed overnight to save money on renting a car later. The digital key didn't work, so I had to use a card key, but the shuttle picked me up from the airport and took me back to get my car without any problems. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice, though a lot of light came in through the door and window at night.
