Courtyard by Marriott Alexandria

The hotel was handy for my work and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The lobby bistro was convenient, and the staff were courteous and helpful. My room was okay and looked clean, though the shower needed attention: stains on the floor, grime in a couple of corners, and a glass enclosure that needed scrubbing. They don’t clean rooms or replace towels every day. I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time I’m in the area for work.

Miss Kimberly called to arrange for a family member to collect my mom’s watch after it fell out of her bag. I really appreciated that kindness. The whole team was welcoming, from the sweet, hospitable housekeeping staff to Gregory at the front desk and Sergio at the bistro bar, who both went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Thank y’all for being so kind!

Sergio, the manager, made the whole stay feel easy and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, and he went out of his way to accommodate my needs. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in how the hotel is run. My stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Alexandria, Louisiana was excellent. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend asking for Sergio if you’re staying in Alexandria.

Sergio and Chloe were awesome, and Kimberly at reception was great too. The rooms and facilities were clean, and the service was great. I loved the food options and happy hour. It was my first time at this hotel, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.
