The room itself was clean, the bed was great, and it was nice and quiet. The hotel is a bit out of the way, with not much nearby, so pick up anything you need before you arrive. I found it while driving to ME and booked a nonrefundable night through a third-party app. At check-in, they required a credit card for a $100 deposit and charged it. They said it would take the usual 3 to 5 business days to come back. I travel for work and normally provide a card for security, but I’ve only actually been charged like that in LA. Sometimes I don’t have $100 to lend a company for a week or more. Luckily I had it this time. If the room price looks very good, remember you’ll also need $100 tied up for about a week. It’s a shame, because otherwise the hotel was great, but I won’t return.

The location works really well for us, near the highway and off Lehigh street, with stores and groceries nearby. There’s also a vending machine downstairs that’s always stocked with snacks and drinks. Pets are welcome for the lowest fee I’ve found, and the staff have been sweet and accommodating, treating us like family once they got to know us. We stay here whenever we’re in town, especially because of how they looked after us when we were living in Allentown. The rooms have always been clean whenever I’ve stayed. They smell nice when you walk in, the linen is fresh, the floors are swept and mopped, and the bathrooms are in good shape. Five stars for the hospitality and cleanliness.

The bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and the room was very clean. The location was convenient, and the front desk was polite. The only issue was a burnt smell when I turned on the heater. It needs cleaning, but otherwise the stay was amazing.
