Motel 6 Alma, AR

The attached restaurant had great service and breakfast, and the staff at the hotel were friendly. It's an older place but clean and well maintained. There was no in-room coffee, fridge, or microwave, but for the $61 I paid, it was hard to beat. If you want a clean, safe budget hotel, I'd recommend it.

I felt safe here, with lots of families and other travelers around. The room was clean and well kept, the staff were friendly, and there was a nice spot to walk my dog. My room had a fridge and microwave, both clean and working well. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. One of the best Motel 6 stays I've had, and I'd come back.

My dog Babe and I stayed two nights while I rested during a cross-country trip. I had a relaxing stay with no problems, which is what you want on the road. The room was clean and presentable, and felt nice for a Motel 6 at that price. The fridge and microwave are tucked under the TV cabinet, not out in the open. I liked the sink being outside the bathroom, so someone could wash up while another person showered or used the toilet. The door locks worked properly. I didn't see or feel any bed bugs during our stay. People may bring bugs in their belongings from a previous hotel or somewhere else, and a heavier infestation would have many more bugs. Crushed bugs also leave red marks on the bed or sheets. There are food places nearby, easy highway access, and campgrounds in the area. I'd recommend this place.

The beds were comfy and the room was quiet, so sleeping was easy. It was clean, though the tub stopper was broken and the towels were small. There's no coffee in the room, but the free lobby coffee made a decent first cup. A good affordable option if you just need a clean place to sleep.
