The kids were especially taken with the pancake station, where they could watch the pancakes cook behind glass, and breakfast had a good range of choices. After our 12-hour trip, we needed somewhere to rest, and this was just right. The rooms were tidy and nicely decorated, and there was a bar with snacks and hot drinks for late-night cravings. The staff were great and seemed eager to make the stay calm and stress-free. We had a 5/5 stay and would recommend it.

The room was small, and the mattress was much too soft for me. But everything was clean, modern, and solidly built, and the service, breakfast, and value were all great. I stayed in an odd-numbered room, and it was the quietest hotel stay I can remember.

I stayed one night at Tru by Hilton Aloha Beaverton on 6/23/25 and left my black Xero Speed Force sneakers in the room by mistake. They’re worth $100. I called the next day, spoke with several employees, and no one could locate them. I checked back a week later and was again told they hadn’t been found. I’m certain I left them there: I wore them from the airport to the hotel, then wore running shoes to work the next day. I’ve searched my home and car multiple times. It’s a nice, new hotel, but the customer service over this was horrendous.

Odd-numbered rooms are the ones I’d pick for a quiet night. Even-numbered rooms face route 8, and the road noise from motorcycles kept me from falling asleep easily and woke me early. The mattress was also too soft for me. On the plus side, the hotel is new, centrally located, and good value. Being able to choose my room ahead of time and check in online was handy.
