I’m a platinum elite member, and this was the worst service I’ve had at any Marriott. At 9:30 at night, I waited 15 minutes for the woman to come out of the back office and check me in. I’d been driving for five hours and had my hands full with food, luggage, and a computer bag, but she still made me go back out and put a parking tag on my dash. I offered to show her a photo of the tag and asked her to write it down so I could handle it in the morning. She refused, saying she’d watch my things and that the car would be towed if I didn’t put it out before midnight. The room prices don’t feel justified by service like this.

Reception staff were pleasant but couldn’t help me. The property was mediocre, and parking cost $22, which isn’t cheap. They don’t even provide free water, you have to buy it. I’ve stayed at other Courtyards and always received complimentary water, so I may not come back.

We’ll definitely come back. The hotel is well located, the room was very clean, and the whole place smelled great. Front desk staff were kind and courteous.

It’s close to work, and we had a very nice, clean room. Reception was pleasant, and even other employees greeted us as we headed out to work.

The rooms were nice, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Our TV wouldn’t connect to the internet, and the front desk gave us two different numbers to call. I don’t understand why we had to make those calls ourselves. There’s no free breakfast, and self-parking on site costs $16, not valet. A few things could’ve made the stay better, but it is what it is.
