Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta

The location was great, and the staff never disturbed the quiet stay I wanted. I had a wellness room, the purify room, and loved it. A balcony would have been nice, but not having one didn’t take away from my visit. The staff were great and didn’t disappoint.

The bed was clean and comfortable, especially the pillows. The TV came on right away, the water got hot, and the A/C was cold. It’s also close to restaurants and shopping. Still, the place felt dingy, with dirty carpet and a stained exterior. Breakfast was too expensive, $14 for bacon and eggs, so I ate around the corner. The staff weren’t especially friendly, and I could hear them bickering. It was a depressing place, and I won’t be back.

My wife wasn’t feeling well during our stay at the Courtyard Marriott, and ### PAOLA ### made a difficult time much easier. She was kind, quick to help, and went out of her way to keep things comfortable and hassle-free. Her friendly manner and genuine care made us feel welcome and looked after. The small thoughtful gestures really stood out. Thanks again for making our visit much more pleasant than we expected. We’re truly grateful. 😃😃😃

Patti at the front desk is amazing. She always goes above and beyond for us, and we love her. We stay here often because the service is consistently great, and whenever we’ve asked for an accommodation, they’ve provided it without hesitation.
