Relax Inn

We were headed to Indianapolis when a storm stopped us from going any farther, so we booked one night in a room with two double beds for $99 for the three of us. They charged us $140 before we'd even stayed, apparently because there were more than two people. The place looked kind of sketchy, and this is no luxury hotel, so I said no thanks and we went down the road to the Cobblestone Inn. That hotel was brand new and clean, and came to $119 after tax. We had a really great night there, and the breakfast was great too.

After driving all day, I was tired and stopped here late at night. The owner was super friendly, and you could tell he was proud of his business. The room was basic but well maintained, with a fridge and microwave, which most budget stops don't have. The bed was awesome. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

We were moving two cats across the country and needed a break, so the motel allowing pets was a big help. We slept well in the quiet room. Service was very nice and the room was clean, though the shower could have been cleaner.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they serve breakfast. It's pet friendly too. I stayed on November 22, 2016, had a great experience, and would definitely come back. I'd recommend it to the next traveler needing a place to sleep.
