Altamonte Springs Hotel and Suites

For a cheap, quick night of sleep, it might do, but be prepared for unpleasant smells. Our room smelled moldy or fishy, and the bathroom had a sewer odor. There was pubic hair in the bathtub, the bed wasn’t very clean, and the microwave looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The blinds were broken, which made the room feel uncomfortable. Also, don’t rely on Google for the hours. They close according to whatever time is posted on the paper on the door, and getting someone to check me in after 9 pm was difficult. Use your own judgment about staying here and your safety.

The ladies at the front desk were so patient and understanding with me and my whole family, especially after I had a tough day with them. I also had great customer service throughout the week I stayed. Thank you, Chrissy, Kaitlyn, Sabrina, everyone else who helped, and the lady from housekeeping too. We’ll come back if we need to and if there’s availability 😊. Really amazing service, ladies.

The rooms are in good condition, and the hotel is clean. I also felt safe here. Everyone was professional, and Ckrissy and Sabrina were especially pleasant and great to work with.

The local TV news had just been at the hotel because the place needs repairs. I was asked if I wanted a pool view after requesting a ground-floor room, then told I had to move to the dirty rooms at the rear. It took choosing four different rooms before I finally got one that had everything.
