Springhill Suites By Marriott Orlando Altamonte Springs

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the parking lot was well lit. We had no issues with the hotel. The front desk clerk got us checked in fast and was very helpful. Twin Peaks and Vida Mexican Cocina are both within walking distance, which is a nice bonus. I'd stay here again if I'm back in the area.

My job booked me here for five days of out-of-town training, and I was comfortable and happy with both the service and my room. Kelly at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Every time I saw or spoke with her, she was pleasant, smiling, and ready to assist. Mark at the front desk was also very nice, even helping me find ketchup for my food. All the hotel staff were wonderful. I'd definitely come back.

The room was just right, and the whole hotel smelled clean from the moment we walked in. The staff deserve a shout-out, especially Mark at the front desk. He was a real gentleman and went out of his way to accommodate us.

The clean gym, cozy lobby, and smart TVs for streaming YouTube all add little comforts that make it easy to feel at home outside the room. On my return visit, the whole place felt family-oriented, which I don’t say lightly. The people made the biggest difference. Mark was humble, professional, and sincere, and it was clear he cares about his work. He went out of his way to make guests feel valued. Roan, the general manager, was approachable and kind, and Kelly was welcoming too. Great leadership really does shape the feel of a hotel. My first review had been more critical because of a few things on that initial stay, but coming back changed my mind. The second visit was exceptional, and SpringHill Suites in Altamonte Springs has become one of my favorite places to stay. I’m grateful for the hospitality.
