Lakeview makes a handy, pleasant stop during a trip, and I’d happily stay here again. We arrived late, and the smiling host greeted us warmly. I didn’t catch his name, though he had a name badge on. He offered dining suggestions and said to let him know if we needed anything. Our room was clean and roomy.

My room was in a separate annex, which felt a little odd at first, but it was comfortable and really clean. This may be the cleanest Super 8 I’ve stayed in.

I’m on the road all the time, and this is a welcome place to stop in this part of the state. The rooms are clean and renovated, the internet is great, and the staff are friendly. Awesome stay.

The staff were all super friendly, and Mike at the front desk helped me stretch a one-night stay to four nights without having to change rooms. My upstairs room felt secure and was fairly quiet despite being on the main road. Towels and linens are changed every few days to save water. That was fine with me, though I’m sure they could bring fresh ones daily if you asked.

We were six people staying in separate rooms for a work job, and we all came home with awful allergies. The place was terrible. Our rooms smelled, weren’t cleaned, and the sheets never got changed. We even had to buy our own toilet paper. I ended up emptying the small trash can myself, and the carpets didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed at all.
