The room was quiet, which was about the only thing I liked. There were holes and stains on the walls, oil on the floor, and the headboard wasn't attached properly to the bed. It looked like the room had seen some rough use. There wasn't even toilet paper, and maintenance hadn't provided any. I wouldn't stay here again, and it doesn't feel like a place for families.

Roaches in the fridge, fruit flies in the shower, a TV with no signal, and a room that felt dirty all over. The beds were disgusting, the pillows were out of place, and the restroom was broken. There was no toilet paper or towels, so we had to ask for replacements. The new towels had hair and stains on them. They also wouldn't accept a refund. I'm pretty sure there were cameras in our room, too. Oddly, some people seem to live here full time, with decorations and kids. I can't recommend this place.

I've been here over a week and still haven't seen housekeeping. The bed hasn't been changed, and getting toilet paper, towels, or soap is difficult because there's nobody around to help. I only got towels once. When they showed me the room after I'd paid, it hadn't been cleaned at all. Trash was everywhere, and there were roaches in the fridge. I'm only staying because all my things are here.

Misty helped sort out our problems the next day, and I appreciated her taking the time. The evening before, though, a tall, skinny, dark guy was rude when I reported that the TV didn't work and asked to switch rooms. He said he couldn't do anything. Later the air conditioner stopped blowing cool air, and I was glad I had a big fan. I told the manager what happened, but he got a different account from that guy. I don't feel this place cares whether guests are happy, and they've lost my business. One night I also saw a woman eating from the dumpster. Who knows what else goes on here.
