The shower had mold, there was hair on the sink, and the room wasn’t clean. Dust came off the bed when I hit it. The microwave didn’t work, and there was no food available to buy. My room door wouldn’t lock, so I had to use the latch. I was stuck there during a snowstorm with nothing, and one night had already cost $95. When I asked for another pillow, I was told to stop coming downstairs and bothering them. The woman said that if I forgot my key card, I’d have to sleep in my car or wait in the hallway. She glared through the window whenever I went outside. It didn’t feel welcoming at all.

There was no coffee maker in the room, and I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password. It wasn’t easy to ask for it either, since the front desk was usually empty. The room was dirty, with badly stained sheets and visible grime on the walls, mirror, light switches, and other spots. I should’ve paid attention to all those bad reviews. Frankly, there’s a lot that needs fixing.

The place smelled like urine, and the staff was insufferable. I travel for work and have stayed in some rough motels, but this one disappointed across the board, from the staff and rooms to the location. Truly awful. Don’t waste your time or money.

Those little black ice air freshener trees hanging in the room should’ve been my first warning. The chair was heavily stained, the bathroom sink was dirty, and both the floors and other surfaces felt sticky. The room was disgusting.

I canceled just three minutes after booking, and I had a protection plan, but the property still won’t refund me because I booked through a third party. I wouldn’t recommend it.
