We had the best vacation of our 32 years of marriage here: me, my husband, and our 15-year-old daughter at Amelia by the Sea (Unit 775) on historic Amelia Island. I only wish we'd had another week. The beach was easy to get to with the foldable wagon in the guest room closet, and the four beach chairs and full-size towels were handy. We spent nearly all our time there. On the rainy evening, we stayed in and played some of the many board games. The balcony furniture was relaxing, and the soft beach colors, bedding, and comfortable furniture made the condo feel lovely throughout. From the kitchen and living room to the master bedroom, the Atlantic Ocean beach was right in view. It felt like a brand-new beachfront paradise, bright, clean, and even smelling new after its recent remodel. Everything we needed to get started was there except food, and the owner had clearly thought about the comforts. When I made my teenager a frozen pizza, there was a pizza pan and cutter, a choice of cutting boards, and spices too.

We spent our 30th wedding anniversary at Amelia By The Sea 775 and had a relaxing time walking the beach, shopping, and eating nearby. The condo was updated, warm, inviting, and clean, with everything thought of. Its location was great, right on the beach, and the ocean view was lovely. Being beachfront was a real bonus.

My husband and I spent a month at Amelia by the Sea, unit #775, getting away from the northern cold, and we enjoyed it a lot. The gated complex was peaceful and never felt crowded. It was oceanfront, near the little town of Fernandina Beach with its shops and restaurants, and not far from Jacksonville. The owners made a beautiful, relaxing vacation home, and it was spotless with everything we needed. The rental agents were efficient and helpful, so the whole process was easy and organized.

The helpful, kind property contacts made things easy, and the place was a perfect Amelia Island getaway. We had a clean, spacious rental with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully working kitchen. The beach was just steps away, and we enjoyed the pool by the beach too. I'll remember our evening walks on the sand for a long time.
