Elizabeth Pointe Lodge

We had a lovely stay. The place felt cozy, clean, peaceful, and relaxing, and the staff were attentive and kind. The ocean views and beach access were just what I’d hoped for. We even spotted two dolphins swimming out front while having breakfast. Thanks for such a wonderful visit, we’ll be back.

The ocean views from the lobby and breakfast area were a highlight of our three-night anniversary stay, and the hotel sits right by the water. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. We appreciated the coffee, tea, cookies, and brownies, too. Nealy looked after us at breakfast each morning with such an upbeat manner, and happily handled my “deconstructed” egg sandwich order. The hotel is outside downtown Fernandina Beach and Amelia City, though both are only a short drive away. We were very pleased with our ocean-view room and look forward to visiting Elizabeth Point again.

The Breezes suite gave us lots of space and privacy, and the place itself is beautiful. Breakfast comes with the stay and is made to order, so try the French toast. The staff really went out of their way for everyone in our party. We also loved the beach, especially having chairs and an umbrella there. A real gem in Fernandina Beach, and we’ll be back.

We’re already looking forward to staying at Elizabeth Pointe again. This was our second visit, and we can’t imagine choosing another place on the island. The staff made the experience, though the accommodations and view were impressive too. Their communication and hospitality start before you arrive, and the concierge can help with island needs, from restaurant suggestions and reservations to transportation and special needs.
