Check that this hotel is open before you travel. We had a five-day reservation two weeks ago, but the new hotel wasn’t open. The door was locked and there was no phone number to call. It was frustrating and scary. Corporate didn’t honor its policy of “walking” us to a similar property, and customer service has been no help. I’m sure the hotel will be lovely once it opens, and this wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Corporate messed up. I’d love to speak with the hotel manager and change this review.

Wendy at reception was lovely and helpful, and the place was spotless. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, though you have to get coffee from the lobby. The standard IHG breakfast was nicely cooked and presented. The hotel is in a complex with a couple of restaurants and coffee shops, so there are plenty of options nearby.

I was worried when I saw the bad rating, but realized it came from just two or three idiots who showed up without confirming a room. The breakfast was very good, and they have extra razors and stuff. Awesome experience.

New hotel built in 2026. It’s simple, clean, and convenient, with easy parking and a restaurant nearby. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was tidy. Public beach parking is a 5-10 minute drive away.
