The staff made our stay special. The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast team were some of the nicest and most welcoming people we’ve met. I thought I’d left a necklace pendant behind, so I called while in the car. Management and housekeeping searched the room and called back to say they couldn’t find it. I eventually found it in a side pocket of my own backpack, and felt bad for taking up their time. They were so thoughtful and willing to help, and I really appreciated the effort. The whole place was immaculately clean, quiet, and felt very safe. The location was perfect, and free parking and a good free breakfast added a lot of value. DeNucci's is an excellent ice cream restaurant within easy walking distance, a lovely way to end the evening. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The front desk worker was genuinely apologetic when we explained what we’d found, and refunded the room right away, without hesitation or pushback. Breakfast was included and perfectly fine. I wouldn’t return to this particular property, but I was pleased with how they handled it. We’d stayed at three different Hiltons over three nights, each a unique experience, though the customer service was great at all of them. This Home2 had the best Google reviews of the three, but ended up being our least favorite. Arriving late, we found old sushi, sandwiches, and wine in the refrigerator, clearly past their prime, as well as a large pill on the floor. The room felt very hospital-like. Since it was so late, we stayed overnight.

The only downside was the bed. I booked a long and got a queen, but it was very comfortable! The front desk staff were friendly and remembered me each time I came back, asking specific questions about my day. Their service was outstanding and made this day so enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!

We’ve been coming back a few times a year for the past three years and really enjoy this hotel. It’s close to all the things to do on the island without being overpriced. My husband and I like the one-bedroom suite because it gives us plenty of room to spread out. The pool is nice too, and not crowded in the off season.

After some unfortunate circumstances, we needed a place to stay quickly. Alyssa and Randy were awesome and helped turn our trip around. They’re both great examples of exceptional customer service.
