The conference room worked perfectly for our baby blessing reception, and it was reasonably priced. They let us check in early and leave late, and the rooms and facilities are clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable, and the staff and management are so friendly and accommodating. Jayden is the best! I've come back before and wouldn't hesitate to return again.

Nuri, the Housekeeping manager, went out of her way to greet us after noticing we'd been there several days. She asked how she could improve our stay and helped answer questions about the local area. The staff were incredibly nice and quick to sort out the minor issues we had. We stayed nine nights as a party of four, and the location worked perfectly for us. The room was huge and could sleep five or six, with one sofa bed. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was just what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express, and they even make cookies for guests every day. Employee of the year, lol! We'll definitely return to this specific hotel when we're in the Provo area again.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I just got home and wanted to say thanks for the hospitality. I arrived around 9:30 last night after an already rough day, and the sweetest person welcomed me with cookies and a carton of milk. She said, "Cookies and milk always shut down the sadness." She was right. Cookies, 10/10. Stay, 10/10. Cleanliness, 9/10. Employees, 10/10. The place is clean and smells nice without an overpowering scent. Breakfast is included, and I think they mentioned a couple of other options too. The people here are definitely the best. Hope to see you again in June.

Bugs under the mattress, needles, and trash were all over our rooms. When I told the front desk clerk, they seemed unbothered and didn't really help. Then I was told, "They have no record of me staying here," as though guests can't stay with friends, family, or boyfriends. How daft can they be? My review is about the deplorable conditions. This building and its management, or lack of it, are abysmal. Take your money somewhere else.
