Kaltuma at the front desk was lovely. When I mentioned that the bathroom needed a bit more cleaning and asked if it could be done in the morning, she immediately offered to move me. She really went out of her way to sort it out. The staff also gave me helpful suggestions for local food and places to visit when I asked. Check-in was quick, and the front desk greeted me with a smile. Breakfast had plenty of choices. I’ll stay here again on my next visit.

Even arriving at 10 pm, we felt really welcome. Everyone was smiling, and the room was spacious with lots of room. The hallways and the rest of the hotel were very clean and well kept. We had an amazing stay.

The front desk was friendly, and both check-in and checkout were easy. Our room was clean. I didn’t use the pool, but saw a family in it; it’s a bit small but fine. The gym has the basics and is open 24 hours. The hotel is near University of Buffalo, about a 10-minute walk to the North Campus entrance. The South Campus is too far to walk, so you’ll need a cab. There aren’t any restaurants within walking distance. A shuttle goes to Buffalo Niagara airport, but we took an Uber, which took about 15 minutes without traffic.

We had enough room for four, and the place was clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay, though there wasn’t much variety. The staff were consistently nice and helpful, and the hotel was really quiet. We loved staying here for a Bills game. The location was perfect, and I’ll definitely come back when I’m in Buffalo.

The hotel was friendly and very clean. It seemed quite full, with lots of students and parents staying there, but service was efficient and welcoming each time we visited. The free breakfast buffet always delivers.
