I wouldn't stay here again. We arrived around 10:30 Friday night, and at first things seemed fine. The room was clean and decent for the price. But on Saturday morning, when we were getting ready for Disneyland, there was no hot water. The front desk said other guests had called about the same problem, so we took quick cold showers. After spending the whole day at Disneyland, we got back at 11:30 p.m. and still had no hot water. When we spoke to the front desk, management didn't seem in any hurry to fix it. This is a major health code violation. Spend the extra $20-$30 on a better hotel and make sure you have hot water.

The front desk was nice and helpful, and my only real gripe is the local food pamphlets. Most of the coupons in them had expired in 2023 or 2024. No big deal, though, I highly recommend the place! The neighborhood was quiet, and the room had no smell. I noticed a few small specks of dirt in the wall corners and crevices by the baseboard, but nothing concerning. Parking was convenient and cheap at $7, and I got it when I arrived. The $100 security hold came back in less than a week, which was super fast. It cost $7-$12 to ride to Disney. Walking there and back after a full day at the park is a lot, though it isn't very far if you want to walk. The bed was cozy enough. I think people complain because there's no big comforter, just sheets and a felt blanket underneath. The reviews are dramatic, I had an amazing and pleasant stay!!! 🖤🖤🖤

The cleaners were very nice and got us what we needed after management refused. We didn't get a guest-friendly welcome from the front desk, and I'd stay somewhere else. My husband asked for more hangers and was told each room was only allowed four. When we asked for extra towels, we were told no. On day two, we got back after 3:30 and the room still hadn't been cleaned. I went to the desk for towels and was told the cleaners hadn't been in yet, then again that I couldn't have any. There wasn't even a washcloth for my face. My husband asked again and mentioned that the manager had told him to contact him if we had more trouble. The front desk woman called him a liar and said the manager hadn't said that.

We booked three rooms for our first Disney trip. We arrived around 4 p.m., and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. Some of our group arrived before check-in and were able to get into their rooms early without any trouble. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We'd thought from the online room listing that we could walk to Disney, but that wasn't possible with three children. We used Lyft, which averaged about $26 round trip for an XL vehicle. It was nice to see the fireworks from the room. If I'm in Anaheim for something other than Disney, I'd consider staying here again.
