Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn

The included breakfast was a highlight: plenty of choices for different ages, served hot and fresh, and replenished often. The hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating, too. We came during Christmas for Disneyland, and with our kids, ages 4 and 6, the walk was about 20 minutes each way, a little farther than they liked. I’d happily stay here again.

We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and motels around here over the last 20 years, and this is my favorite. My husband and I spent three nights at Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn, and we already want to return for every Disneyland trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a room on the third floor and could watch Disneyland’s evening fireworks from the balcony. Our room was one of the renovated ones, though not all rooms have been updated. It was clean and spacious, with lots of lighting choices. We liked the screened window in the shower for ventilation, and the remote-controlled AC was easy to adjust from bed. The daily breakfast was a good start, and the coffee had different flavors and creamers. Breakfast choices changed a little each day, which was nice. The pools and hot tubs were a great selection, and the topiary garden was peaceful, a nice place to rest during a break from the parks. It took no more than 15 minutes to walk to the security gates at the end of Downtown Disney. They’d even decorated the breakfast room for Valentine’s Day, a lovely bit of attention to detail. I hardly ever write reviews, but this stay deserved one.

We had a second-floor room and didn’t hear anyone above us. The rooms were spacious and very clean, even though ours was just a two-double-bed room. Breakfast was good, and the hot tub area was clean and fun for the kids, with clean towels available. The walk to Downtown Disney wasn’t bad. It’s an affordable place in a beautiful area, and we’ll definitely stay again.

A real find. We were surprised how close it was to the gates at world of Disney. Finneys right beside it was a good restaurant with reasonable prices, handy if you want to save some money instead of eating in the park. We’ll consider staying here again next time.
