Buena Vista Inn

The check-in guy was rude, and the cleaning and upkeep left a lot to be desired, though the place was close to Disney, which was why we picked it. First look seemed fair enough for a budget room. Then the shower sprayed water across the bathroom because it was broken. I could still use the water coming from the shower head, so I made do. The tub was cracked, with old paint over the damage already wearing off. The sign at the check-in window said “2 free keys, 5 dollars for extra keys,” but we only got one. We passed it back and forth instead of risking a charge for another. In the morning, just as we were leaving for Disney, we found our unexpected roommate. He was kinda cute, and thankfully well behaved, but we’d already spent the night sharing the room with him.

Stayed a couple nights and had a good time. The rooms were clean, and the staff were nice and helpful. Cable was good, but the WiFi really wasn’t.

Check-in was easy, and it’s close to both knotts berry farm and disney. The hotel looks a bit run down, but our room was nice. Nothing to complain about.

We found BEDBUGS in our beds, and the staff wouldn’t refund us or move us to another room. They wanted us to sleep in the same bed because apparently all their rooms already had “reservations”. They told me to speak to the manager the next day, but the manager called me a liar and said there was nothing there. I’d taken pictures and videos of the beds, and they still refused to come to the room and check for themselves. The customer service was horrible.
