The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even brought us a pack and play for the baby, which was appreciated. The location, lobby, pool, breakfast, and staff were all great. You mainly pay for the location, free breakfast, and pool and hot tub. The rooms, though, looked like any other $150-a-night hotel room we've stayed in, with no updates in probably 20+ years. A lot of the furniture was damaged or broken. The couch/futon was hard as a rock, and there was a pair of dirty men's pants in it. The toilet paper was one-ply, the bathtub was stained, and there was no hair dryer. Several nails stuck out of the trim along the floor between the living room and kitchenette, and our kids kept stepping on them. We had to cover them with a towel. At $400 a night after tax, I think the rooms could use some updating.

I've stayed here a few times for work. The suites are large, with separate sleeping and living areas, and the rooms are quiet and spacious. Breakfast is amazing, with lots of choices and made-to-order food. I ordered salmon with potatoes and vegetables from the restaurant for dinner. It was okay, and the service was great. The staff are always friendly.

Our large group stayed for one night, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The amenities are fantastic: a pool, hot tub, gym, guest laundry, and a full breakfast spread. There's a shopping center across the street, so restaurants and shops are easy to reach. I was really impressed and would give it more than five stars if I could!

We stayed for two nights, and the room had plenty of space for four of us, two adults and two kids, plus 17 pieces of luggage. We chose it for the suites. The room was a typical Embassy Suites setup, and it seems especially suited to business travelers. The staff were really helpful and respectful. Breakfast and dinner were both really good. It was a great stay.

The location was perfect, close to the mall, Walmart, food, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, with scenic surroundings. The chef and food were awesome, and the hospitality was great. I'd happily come back again and again. Only snag was the laundromat payment machine wouldn't take tap. Pretty old school.
