Best Western Andalusia Inn

If you care about animals, I wouldn’t give this business my money. My husband and I stopped at the gas station next door one night, and while we were finishing a conversation, I saw a stray cat wander into the Best Western lot, chasing bugs by the front portico. A man ran out of the hotel after it, apparently trying to drive it into the road. The cat went back to the wall by the station. My husband saw the man pick up a rock and head toward it, so he got out of our truck and walked over. The man returned to the hotel. After my husband went in to pay for gas, the man came out looking for the cat again, then stopped when he noticed I was watching. He eventually went back inside. That’s not how animals should be treated.

I checked in around 5:15-5:30 after booking through hotels.com on 8-14-25. At 9:14, I brought a bed bug I’d found on the pillow to the front desk, said I was checking out, and asked for my money back. They said the manager had to decide. I got an email on 8-17-25 saying they would not refund the stay. Stay away.

Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. I paid half what I’d paid for the Holiday Inn the night before, and this was better.

The price was just right, and the rooms were really clean. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Best motel in Andalusia.
