Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Anderson

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and our suite was comfortable and clean. It's in a convenient spot near the casino. We'd definitely stay again next time we're in the area. Highly recommend it.

The room was clean and came with plenty of fresh towels, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free, tasty, and has plenty of choices for different diets. A great experience!

The breakfast buffet had different choices each day, and hot coffee was available all day. I didn't try the pool, so I can't say how that was. The location is right off the freeway and near restaurants and shopping, but I didn't hear freeway noise. Check-in was easy, and the woman at the desk was very friendly. My room was comfortable. The bed had a mix of softness and firmness that worked well for me, and there were enough pillows even though they weren't great. The shower had good pressure and was high enough for a taller person. The heating and AC fan ran constantly. I was right beside the elevator but never heard it moving.

My husband and I stayed one night in July. I dropped a cup at sink height while emptying it to get fresh water, and the whole bottom of the bathroom sink fell onto my foot. We went straight to the front desk and got a bag of ice for my foot. The manager wasn't there, and the poor desk clerk was told to text photos to maintenance and the manager. The manager called the next day and charged me $250 for what happened. I've been a loyal Marriott member for over ten years, but she spoke to me like a criminal and acted as if I must have wrecked the whole room. She never asked if I was hurt or needed anything. She was just rude and said it wasn't an accident. Don't stay there!
