We were towing a 25-foot trailer, so we parked in the RV spaces next door at Cracker Barrel. Their manager was warm and welcoming, and from our room we could see our truck and trailer. The interstate access was easy, and we'd definitely stay here again. My husband, our two dogs, and I were traveling and stayed one night. The phone greeting and then Stephanie's welcome made everything feel easy. The hotel was fresh and clean, the bed surprisingly comfortable, and breakfast more than adequate. As we left, the housekeeper wished us a good morning and safe travels. I’m sorry I missed her name, but it was a lovely way to start the day.

While the hotel could use an update, the customer service from everyone we met made this stay stellar. We asked about an early check-in if one was available, and Gloriana worked with us to get the room cleaned early despite many rooms checking out that morning. The front desk team on Saturday morning, Saturday evening, and Sunday morning were friendly and professional. Our breakfast attendant also checked in with diners several times to see if anyone needed anything. When we're in the Clemson area, we usually choose one of the Hilton/Hampton properties, and this was a great staff experience.

I’ve stayed here twice in 2026 and would come back. It’s close to 85, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was included. There are plenty of dining choices nearby.

The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The front desk woman and the breakfast woman were super, and that made the stay much nicer. I missed having oatmeal, but the real cooked grits were a nice option, not instant.

The shower was the highlight, with amazing water pressure. Everything was clean and quiet, and the room was well stocked. Staff were helpful and friendly. It's easy to reach from the interstate, with lots of food nearby, and the hotel's breakfast options are good too. The app was convenient for the room key, check-in and checkout, and controlling the TV.
