La Quinta Inn & Suites Angleton

We were here for my son’s wedding for four days, and I’m so glad he blocked rooms at this hotel. It’s well maintained and smells great. Christine, Robin, and James went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The breakfast attendant kept the food plentiful and the area clean, and we enjoyed the evening cookies and popcorn. Our sweet housekeeper kept the rooms clean and brought fresh towels. We also enjoyed Surfside Beach, about 20 minutes down the highway. Sea Horse Bar & Grill is right on the beach, and stores and restaurants in Lake Jackson are only minutes away for anything forgotten. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back when we’re in the area.

I was exhausted after driving all night for a family emergency. I’d already been turned away from the best western after getting two dirty rooms and a refund, and I had no sleep. When I checked in here, I only had cash and was $20 short. I thought I’d have to sleep in my car, but Caroline, an employee, saw what was happening and covered the $20. I burst into tears, so thankful and overwhelmed. The room and hotel were very clean and smelled good. I’m really happy with the care from the staff. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Christine checked me in at 9 p.m. and was very sweet and helpful. She got me a room right away. It was exceptionally clean, and the hotel felt quiet and restful. Breakfast was warm with a good variety, and the coffee was great. Buc-ee's is within walking distance, too. Definitely a five-star stay, with comfortable, clean rooms and a peaceful atmosphere.
