86 State Circle made my first trip to Annapolis relaxing and worthwhile. It’s quiet, intimate, and clean, and the location is so convenient for food spots, museums, the waterfront, activities like sip and paint, and small shops. Staff were great at communicating and helped me find places to shop, eat, and have fun. I really appreciated that. At first, I worried because the front door stays unlocked and people who aren’t guests could come in. Fortunately, staff are usually on the main floor keeping an eye on who comes and goes. I look forward to staying again and telling family and friends about the hotel.

The architecture and furnishings are gorgeous, and there’s a speakeasy with a great room across the hall, handy for parents with young children. This beautiful hotel in downtown Annapolis made for an amazing stay. You should stay here when you’re in town!

Maryelle and Rebecca really made this stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Their local recommendations were spot-on, and they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They’re down to earth and truly the best. 86 State Circle is a stylish, luxurious gem in a great Annapolis location, and I felt welcome from the moment I walked in.

The location on State Circle made exploring easy: the Maryland State House, historic streets, waterfront, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. My room was pristine, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, a quiet luxury retreat just steps from everything. The service felt personal and genuine at every turn. 86 State Circle is a beautiful new boutique hotel, refined but still welcoming, with careful design and warm, professional hospitality from arrival onward. It exceeded my expectations. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a special boutique stay in a prime Annapolis location.

We came for my brother’s wedding and are already thinking about a weekend trip back. Everything was just right, and the bed was comfortable, with classic decor. The hotel is an easy walk from the shops and restaurants. Mary Elle was fantastic and attentive to everything I needed. I’m low maintenance, but I know she’d be patient if I weren’t. It felt like staying in someone’s home, and the details were spot-on.
