Comfort Inn Antioch

The freeway noise was constant because the third-floor rooms sit level with the heavy traffic, which kept going through the night. The acoustics were terrible. On top of that, there are large antennas right on the roof above you. We stayed in rooms 312 and 313. One smelled like weed. I complained to the manager, who said it was people smoking outside the room, but that wasn't it. Between the smoke, traffic, and antennas, it wasn't a good stay.

I moved here from the Wyndham/Days Inn down the street after the room condition and service there were atrocious. The receptionist here greeted me with a huge smile, which made a long day and trip feel better. My room and the service were immaculate. Whenever I'm visiting family in Oakley, I'll be back.

The whole place smelled like pee outside, and the facilities weren't working: no hot shower water no matter how long I waited, so bathing meant using the sink. The ice machine was out of order, and the soda machine took money but gave nothing. It's basically a bill-to-change machine, except it doesn't take change either. Don't stay here. Find another hotel, anyplace else. I'd add photos, but the public would be terrified and they might condemn all of Antioch.

The only King Suite they had was on the third floor, and the elevator wasn't working. The suite also had a broken TV in the living room, so we cancelled the booking. Now we're trying to get a full refund from Expedia. This place is a disaster, pick another hotel.
