The place is in a great location and is being updated, so it looked a bit disheveled. That didn't affect the room, though: everything in it worked, and it seemed clean. The staff were excellent.

The room and bathroom are always super clean, and the owner and front desk person have treated us very well every time. We stay at HI Way Inn when we're in the area and need a room, and we've never had an issue. I've recommended it to friends and coworkers and plan to keep coming back.

There was no sign visible from the road saying they had no vacancies. They're renovating, so half the hotel is closed and there isn't a room available.

Our car broke down, and we found this place on 10/12/24. It's close to the exit and gas. Remodeling is underway, but the hotel was still nice and VERY clean. The staff were kind and helpful, and we were grateful for the wonderful service and lucky to find it when we did. Thanks, Hi Way Inn, for a nice stay. I'd highly recommend it to travelers.

After a six-hour drive, we had to find another room at 11:00 at night, while we were in town for my father's funeral. I went to the office because we were getting eaten up by bed bugs. We tried another room, pulled back the covers, and found a huge bed bug there too. The manager said, "Well, it's dead." I told her it was dead because I'd killed it! Then they caused me more trouble and only wanted to refund half my money. A poor, disrespectful manager and assistant.
