The front desk staff were friendly, and the bed was really comfortable. The room looked great, clean and up to date. I also loved the fresh flowers and how nice the lobby smelled.

The place felt dirty, and the staff were dismissive. The whole visit was frustrating and disappointing. I called ahead about the new member promotion at Cahuilla Casino and was told it was legit, so I drove an hour and a half for it. Once there, what they gave me was barely close to what had been promised, and when I raised the issue, they did almost nothing to make it right. Don’t waste the drive. Save your gas and stay in the Valley.

The casino is so small that the smoking can get to be a bit much. Some staff were friendly, while others looked angry to be there. We had fun, though, and the room was mostly nice with a comfortable bed. It's a little place in the middle of nowhere, so we just wanted to see what it had.

We stopped for fuel and dinner and got good food and great customer service. I can't wait to stop by again on my next trip.

The casino itself is VERY small, and it's out in the middle of nowhere. Still, it was nice not having a huge crowd, and the place was very clean. The staff are really friendly. I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I've heard it's nice. They're new, so I imagine the rooms are fairly nice and updated.
