The staff handled my cooktop trouble really well. Maybe I just wasn’t using it right, but they got it going and even brought me a temporary one in case the regular one quit again. They were fantastic. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and have been pleased each time. It’s clean and comfortable, and everyone’s friendly and helpful. The gym is small, but it’s set up pretty well for a hotel: cardio equipment, free weights, and a bit of room to use a mat. Plenty for a decent workout.

We were only here for under eight hours and didn’t get to try the pool or other amenities, but I’d stay again. The airport is about a five-minute drive away. The hotel is tucked back, though, and the driveway can be hard to find with GPS. Our room was huge and bright, spotless, and stocked for a longer stay, with a stovetop, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils. There was a large desk and office chair, an eating island, a big TV, a recliner, and a very comfortable bed that was a little smaller than expected. The bathroom had plenty of supplies, and there’s a small shop on-site for snacks and forgotten essentials. The fitness center was a nice perk, and the free laundry room had several washers and dryers, plus detergent. That really helped after a full travel day. Staff were especially kind and accommodating, even though it was a holiday. We only stayed one night, but got a room that clearly suits long-term stays.

My keys stopped working every night of my three-night stay. I’d have to park around the building with my food, then knock on the doors because I couldn’t get in. The front desk treated me like I was homeless and trying to get a free room. It was 15 degrees out. I can’t believe how rude the staff were. Stay at the DoubleTree across the street.

We had a really good stay and would come back. The room was roomy, with a very comfortable bed and a full mini-kitchen that had a fridge and microwave. The bathroom had a huge mirror, and the shower pressure was great. Staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to get around.
