Aqua by American Beech

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua Beach Hotel. It had a pleasant feel, the staff were friendly, and the clean, comfortable spaces made it easy to unwind near the water. The sauna was a fun extra, though it shut off too soon and never got hot enough to feel like a proper sauna. Breakfast was the main letdown: just a plain bagel with cream cheese, which felt more basic than we expected.

I went on my own for a peaceful ME Day, and it was lovely. From my king-size room I could see the beach, barrel sauna, and igloo, and there was a nice cabana too. Even with snow on the ground in winter, I sat outside in the warm robe they provided, having coffee and the picnic breakfast basket. I also relaxed in the outdoor hot tub while snowflakes fell. I'll come back in summer.

Waking up here was so peaceful, and I loved looking out over the water from my own patio. The room felt cozy and the whole facility was very clean. There are adorable details everywhere, even the wallpaper and coat hangers, plus a cute igloo. The front desk staff were amazing, explained everything, and helped with what I needed. I also really liked the complimentary local wine in my room and the breakfast basket. It's a little hidden gem, and I look forward to seeing what else they have in summer.

We had helpful, friendly staff from booking right through checkout, and there were thoughtful touches all over the place. The rooms have a modern beachy look, and the whole vibe feels cool but still premium. Aqua Beach Club was fantastic even in winter. I bet it's amazing in summer too. I'd definitely recommend it for a North Fork stay.
