The staff were superb, professional, and their service was impeccable. I was very satisfied with the room and the facility, especially since it was nothing like the reviews I’d read. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was fresh and clean each day, and they cleaned the restroom daily and brought fresh towels. The floor, microwave, and tall refrigerator were clean, too. I absolutely recommend this place and will be back next year.

The bed bugs and mold were the biggest problems, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I checked the room when I arrived and the smell of mold hit immediately. There was mold on and under the beds, on the walls, and inside the refrigerator. I can confirm the other reports of bed bugs and roaches. The pillows smelled like dirty hair, and a stain ran down the side of the bed, looking a bit like vomit. The bathroom wasn’t any better. The white towels had brown stains, and there was hair in the drain. I took some photos. This place didn’t feel safe or clean.

We didn’t see the reviews until after booking, and then couldn’t cancel. Make sure you read them, they aren’t lying. Don’t give this place the benefit of the doubt. As soon as we walked into the room, the mold smell hit us and made me feel fatigued. I was getting ready to leave and, as I usually do, took the pillowcase off. The pillow was full of mold. The room also smelled like someone had smoked a whole pack in there. It’s disgusting, so be careful booking here.

Our family left right away and didn’t stay the night. The motel smelled of cigarettes and mildew, with a marijuana smell too, which was most likely from other residents. The clean-looking towels and bedding didn’t seem or feel maintained, and we were refused a partial or full refund because we’d booked ahead. We’ll never stay here again or at any affiliated location. What we found in person didn’t match the online photos or description. It’s an unusual motel-hotel setup, with very cramped rooms and little or no secure parking. The building and room were in poor condition. The hallway and room walls looked like they’d been painted and remodeled recently, but poorly or by inexperienced workers. There was a large gap at the top of the door frame, two lights and an outlet didn’t work, and the water pressure was poor with drainage problems.
