I’ve spent the winter here at Big Tree for ten years, and the community feel is what I value most. Neighbors look out for each other’s health and safety and help when they can. There are activities for lots of interests, so it’s a very social, supportive place. Park management has also been quick to deal with problems lately. Thanks for that. I recommend it for the price, safety, location, and atmosphere.

Charlotte works hard to make things better for everyone, and she’s a great manager. The people here are so friendly, too. We’ve been here almost four years and have no plans to leave. We love it and couldn’t ask for a better manager.

My wife and I just moved in and already couldn’t be happier. The staff are really nice, and maintenance does a great job. The amenities and the people make this a great place. No riff Raff lol. Definitely recommend it 🙂

There’s always something fun to do here, and the staff are really nice and work hard. I love it. Walmart is right across the street, close enough to walk or bike to. A few other stores are reachable by golf cart, too.
