I love the familiar feel and the way everyone treats you here. The room was very clean and well kept, and the staff and administration were amazingly kind, helpful, and efficient.

The lady who answered my call this morning, 3/13/25 at 11/53 am, was incredibly rude. I’d booked two rooms for employees working in Arcadia and called to make sure everything was set, but she insisted I’d booked just one. I found the confirmation email for both rooms and was reading her the details when she raised her voice and talked over me. My guys will stay there tonight, but I’ll never book there again. I’d booked them at Oak tree for the week, but there were no rooms for tonight, which is why I switched them. The gentleman I spoke with at Oak Tree is incredible, very nice and accommodating.

I checked in and went straight to the room for a quick stop before dinner with family. There was a sewage smell, hair in the sink and shower, and a few bugs on the bathroom floor. I was disgusted, left the key card on the desk, and walked out. I didn’t ask for a refund, a discount, or another room, and didn’t feel it was worth raising with staff because we wouldn’t have felt comfortable there. Don’t waste your $130. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and TV, and everything worked fine. It was large and adequately clean, which worked for my visit with friends in Arcadia. The highway location means road noise could bother some people, though it didn’t bother me much. It’s no five star resort, but they don’t claim to be. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.
