The staff are friendly, and they treat my service dog well. I stay here every time I'm in the area, no second thoughts. The rooms are clean, it's a good spot off the freeway, and the price is lower than other hotels nearby. Breakfast is hot and has waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, croissants, cereal, and other things. There's a cabana with BBQ grills out back, plus coffee, creamers, cocoa, and tea in the lobby all day and night. A 24 hr restaurant is a block down the road. Some people complain, but I think they're nitpicking. It's not a Hilton, and if you want the $280 per night Best Western in Eureka, go there. This is a great value and location.

The staff work hard and are very friendly. On Wednesday at check-in, the girl with piercings on her lips wasn't especially nice, but she wasn't mean either, just kind of neutral. The rest of the staff, from Thursday through Sunday, were really, really nice and helpful.

The room was clean, though it smelled a little like cigarettes when I first walked in. That faded within 30 seconds. The fish in the lobby were fun to watch. It would help if all the buildings had elevators. Good stay!

We had a nice room, comfortable beds, and really nice bathroom amenities. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and the free parking and good breakfast were a plus. The enclosed lot was nice, and the place was quiet. It's close to some places to eat and to the freeway.

The beds were comfy, and the lobby staff welcomed us warmly. The dining attendant seemed like she didn't want to be there, and the hot food wasn't kept well. This was my second visit, and the room seemed a bit more updated than it did in summer of 2020. Still a good place to rest.
