Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites High Point South by IHG

Steph, the evening concierge, was very pleasant. I couldn’t figure out how to request two beds online, since my teenager wanted his own, and she read my booking note and sorted out what I needed. The atmosphere was friendly, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the AC worked well. No funny smells. Breakfast had plenty of options and was about the quality you’d expect from a complimentary meal. Even the coffee was pretty good. The hotel is directly off 85, about 15 minutes outside Greensboro.

Our family was in High Point for a funeral, and Steph and Mel at the front desk made the visit much easier. They were warm, friendly, and professional, and everyone we met was helpful and happy. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was delicious. The Hampton Inn High Point was excellent. Thank you all so much.

I travel for work quite a bit, and this was my best hotel stay in many years, at any level. We arrived late in the evening and Lisa greeted our group with a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies. There were also bagged snacks, fruit, and bottled water to take upstairs. I was glad to find makeup removal wipes in the rooms. Lisa and Steph at the front desk made everyone feel welcome every day, and housekeeping kept the rooms pristine and well stocked. The gym was clean, had water and towels, and enough equipment and room for a decent free-weight or body-weight workout. Breakfast hours were great, and the selection included nicer items like Chobani yogurt and fresh blueberries. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next Greensboro visit and recommend it to others.

We had a great visit at Hampton Inn. The room was very nice, and the service was excellent. After we’d been on the road for a few hours following checkout, we realized we’d left some things behind. We called the hotel, and the staff promptly retrieved them so our friends could pick them up. We’re very pleased with how the trip turned out and grateful for the staff’s help recovering our belongings.
