Holiday Inn Exp Suites High Point South

Sarah did a magnificent job setting up breakfast. It was hot, fresh, and had the best selection I’ve ever had at a continental breakfast, including cinnamon rolls. I’ve traveled all over the world and had plenty of these breakfasts, so I was really fortunate to pick this location. Well done, Holiday Inn express! I’ll make a point of staying there whenever I’m in North Carolina.

After a long travel day, Karen at the front desk welcomed me right away and offered water and cookies. The whole staff was friendly, inviting, and genuinely kind. The hotel has older bones, but it’s very clean and well cared for. My bed was extremely comfortable, there were plenty of TV channels, and breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices and everything I tried tasting delicious. The hot water wasn’t working during my stay, but the staff responded with empathy and sincere efforts to make things right. They went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. The location felt safe and was handy to food and coffee. A wonderful stay, and I’d absolutely come back.

Karen at the front desk was wonderful, and our room was clean. The breakfast attendant in the morning was very nice, with lots of options. Cinnamon rolls are my favorite. I’d still recommend this place, though I’d like the sausage and the gravy for biscuits and gravy to taste better.
