After the airlines canceled our flight, we ended up here and couldn’t have landed at a better hotel by accident. The place is SUPER clean, the breakfast spread is excellent, and the desk staff were professional and kind. There’s coffee available 24 hours and a small sundry shop. I also liked that the bedroom doors are angled away from the beds, so hallway light doesn’t shine through onto you.
Mike was courteous and professional, and made the interaction feel pleasant and welcoming. My room is clean, cozy, and spacious. There are lots of shopping options in this good area. I highly recommend this HIE location to fellow travelers. If you’re nearby and need to unwind, relax, and find good hospitality in an abrasive world, this is definitely the place.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and I’d happily stay here again. The staff were wonderful, especially Aná at the front desk, who was very nice and welcoming. My room was comfortable, and the free breakfast was really good. Great hotel in a great location, and I’d recommend it.
We never got to stay at this hotel. After flying in from overseas, we found out there was no airport shuttle. The website said there was one when I booked, and still said so that morning. I had filtered for hotels with shuttles, so this was incredibly disappointing. Our funds were too stretched by the mistake, and we had to take a new flight home. We wouldn’t have booked if there were no shuttle service. If you need one, you’re out of luck.
The front desk was helpful during my stay, and the breakfast was very good. It’s a good hotel, though I was a little disappointed there was no airport shuttle. I also didn’t find much within walking distance.
