The actual front desk attendant was polite and courteous, but the rooms weren’t great when we finally arrived. The bed was set on a table-like structure and there were only two flat pillows. There was no clock, and the TV spoke whenever anyone pressed a button. We had first called the hotel number and reached the “reservation team,” who gave us all the wrong information.

November 30, 2025\n\nI’ve stayed here twice before and was never confronted about my cat supposedly tearing up a headboard they had to replace. That was a month ago. Two weeks ago I paid for a reservation and was allowed to stay. I extended for another week starting today, but then got a call on the house phone telling me to leave immediately because I was on the “Do not allow” list. Being treated like a criminal is the worst kind of customer service. This business is horrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. Stay away!

Everyone working there was kind, and we had a great two-night stay in a comfortable queen bed. The room also had cable TV and a small fridge. The only issue was a light under the living room mirror that didn’t work, but it didn’t bother me. Still a five-star experience. Thanks again!

A week after I reserved online, the price had doubled. When I called, they said they had no record of me. I could barely understand the person on the phone because they don’t speak English. I canceled the booking and will pay for an actual hotel instead.

I stayed at the motel six in Arlington Heights Illinois, from Friday, November 28 through Sunday morning November 30. The building and room were more than acceptable, and the price was amazing. It’s excellent value, and I’d highly recommend this motel six to anyone.
