Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport West/

The staff made a strong impression, especially the housekeeping team, who were really friendly. We also found the pool and laundry in great shape, and breakfast had fresh food and a better selection than I usually expect at a hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with an easy check-in and checkout. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport and near lots of restaurants and shops. We had a great stay and would come back.

The woman who checked me in was probably the best front desk person I’ve met at a Marriott. She was awesome. The next day, I asked about the airport shuttle since the van was parked right out front, but was told it wasn’t available because I hadn’t given enough notice. It was an odd way to handle it, and came across like I was being blamed. The stay was solid, though I’ll probably try a different Marriott in the area next time.

We’re in DFW often since my family lives there, and I’m glad we finally found an affordable hotel in the right spot. The staff were so kind, the rooms clean and really nice, and breakfast was great. I have to come back soon, and we’ll definitely stay here again.

Breakfast had lots of good choices, and the lounge was spacious, pretty, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole hotel was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. Residence Inn by Marriott in Dallas went beyond what I expected. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas.
