She remembers residents’ names, communicates clearly, and brings patience and kindness to every interaction. Whether she’s sorting out packages, helping visitors get access, or taking care of a resident concern, she handles it with care and efficiency. She’s also consistently on top of things, resolving issues quickly and helping keep the community positive. Her professionalism comes with real warmth and attention to detail, and she regularly goes beyond what’s expected. Angela is a real asset to the property and a big part of why living at 1401 S Joyce Street has been such a good experience. Her reliability and service deserve recognition.

We’ve been at 1401 for two years and still love it. Coming home from work, my partner and I are always greeted by Shaukat, Angela, and Alban, who ask how our day went. They’re attentive and friendly, and our dog is just as happy to see them in the lobby. There’s usually a treat or three for him on the way upstairs. We couldn’t ask for better people representing the building.

Angela makes the building feel like a community. She greets people by name, is always smiling, and goes out of her way to make residents feel welcome. She even writes birthday cards for residents, a small, thoughtful gesture that means a lot.

The front desk team is terrific. Angela and Shaukat are friendly and clearly care about helping tenants. I can’t imagine how they keep so many faces and names straight. Angela sends me off with a good day when I’m heading to work, and Shaukat greets me when I get home. They’ve helped beyond the usual desk duties, too. A new vendor left my HelloFresh box in the general area instead of at the desk, and Angela and Shaukat put it in the refrigerator for me. Great staff.
