Don't rent here. The place was filthy and disgusting, and management was really rude. They cursed me out over parking my car on the sidewalk, even though maintenance and the maintenance worker's wife had given me permission. She'd taken a picture of the car, and I checked with her because it was hailing badly and I was worried about my windshield breaking.

The price is affordable, and you get what you pay for. My room had a microwave and fridge, plus a nice view. The neighbors were nice too, and it's pet friendly. Service was the best part, with help available around the clock. Housekeeping was so sweet and helpful.

This place helped me get back on my feet after Covid, but there are bugs in several apartments. The office manager does nothing about the so-called rules, and repeated complaints about cigarette smoke have gone unheard. It's time for me to move, and they need new management.

For $300 a week, it's hard to find something better around here, but this has been the worst place I've stayed. A few days in, I found a pipe on a shelf. Tonight there was a needle stuck in a dresser crease, with paper taped inside the dresser, and dirty washcloths left everywhere. Nothing ever seems to get cleaned. The sheets had stains that we're hoping were coffee. On our first night, the maintenance guy said he wouldn't fix the TV because it “wasn't important.” We don't care much about the TV anyway.
