Bridgestreet Acadia at Metropolitan Park

I just toured with Milad, one of Acadia's wonderful leasing agents. The management staff felt warm and welcoming, and the touring experience alone sold me. The apartments are top tier, and I also learned they're redecorating with brand-new furnishings. By the way, there's an arcade room!

Joel at the front desk really makes the building feel welcoming. He's friendly, happy to help, and so organized with packages that they're often ready before I ask. I love living in this community and would recommend it. The location is great, close to groceries, the Metro, restaurants, and other everyday needs. With the amenities and staff, it feels like a wonderful place to call home.

I've been here nearly a year and a half and recently moved into a larger unit in the building. Whether your view looks over the park or DC, it's stunning. The building is quiet and well cared for, and the residents are friendly. I've made several good friends at events in the penthouse. Brian, the property manager, made sure my apartment was ready for the transfer and dealt with my concerns quickly. The maintenance team is prompt and reliable. Ibrahim and Joel at the front desk always greet me with friendly smiles and make me feel at home. There's a lot to enjoy here, from the pool and gym to the rooftop views, and Acadia has been a fantastic home.

The building feels peaceful inside, even though it's in a convenient location. It's also consistently clean and well maintained, and the views are beautiful, especially at night. Day-to-day life is easier with the location and amenities. The staff are a real highlight: professional, attentive, welcoming, and kind. I just love love Milad and Ayesha. Walking in gives me an upscale hotel feeling, while the place still feels warm and comfortable like home. This has been one of my best living experiences, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a luxury-style atmosphere.
