The location was great, and I felt safe there. The front desk staff were somewhat friendly, which I appreciated. Still, this was the worst Days Inn I've stayed at, even though I've been to worse hotels in general. The room felt really old, like nothing had been updated. The outlets didn't work, and most of the lamps were out too. I was only there for a few hours, and the price I paid was way too high for a place like this.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The housekeepers were friendly, though customer service at the desk was pretty no frills. The price made sense for a cheap stay, but the hotel and room were generally in disrepair, not up to Wyndham standard and about what you'd expect from a 2 star rating. It's convenient for DCA airport, but despite what the listing says, the shuttle only goes to public transportation, not elsewhere.

The front desk was kind, and check-in went smoothly. Our room was fairly clean, with all the bulbs in the lamps, and I liked its retro feel. It made the space cozy. I'd recommend it for a budget stay around DC.

Housekeeping staff were kind and helpful, but the rest of the experience was rough. My room was filthy, with water stains and a shower that drained very slowly. The AC was rusty, its knobs were missing, and there was no way to read the temperatures. We got a broken microwave and a refrigerator that was frozen, and the TV wasn't worth trying. The shuttle was always listed as “out of service” or outside business hours. Staff were horrible, unfriendly, and seemed not to care.
