I checked in and was surprised to find the rooms newly renovated. At just over $115 for a king bed, the price is amazing. The pictures had made me expect much older rooms, so I feel lucky this place was available for Gameday, Ohio State vs Miami Cotton Bowl CFP Quarterfinal New Year’s Eve 2025. O-H!!!

The room turned out to be spacious, clean, simple, and nice, which I hadn’t expected. I hope they keep it up and that guests treat the place well instead of trashing it. The towels were small enough that I needed two after showering, so if you’re traveling with two or more people, ask for extra towels or bring your own.

The location was amazing, only about a 10-minute walk from AT&T Stadium, and the service was awesome. The rooms were also really nice, clean, and spacious. I was impressed with this hotel and will definitely book again.

The staff were professional and accommodating, and the stadium was a short walk away. The rooms had been remodeled, and the shower got plenty hot on a 30-degree morning. Parking was decent too.

It’s a no-frills place, but the staff are very pleasant, the rooms are spotless, and the whole hotel is quiet. For a basic room and a good night’s rest, it’s hard to beat the value. On my August 2025 visit I had a king room, and they were clearly in the middle of updates: new furniture, a refreshed bathroom and vanity, plus new bedding and mattress. It was an even better deal than last time.
