I’m active duty and had paid for my reservation, but after my apartment flooded I had to wait almost five hours to get into the place I’d booked. On top of that, I was charged $250 for a pet fee that should not have applied because my pet is ESA. Getting that money back has been impossible. Norman from customer service was horribly rude. He called this morning to say he’d mistakenly emailed me that I was getting a refund, and that the refund is still being held in the approvals department. It’s been there a week. This company isn’t luxury. Shame on them. I’m filing complaints with Churchill Property Group and the BBB.

There’s a concierge and security desk staffed around the clock, and the staff were friendly. My stay was clean and comfortable. The street gets noisy early in the morning, though, and if you’re not used to city sounds it can wake you. I could hear trucks loading even from the 13th floor.

The place wasn’t clean, though the employees were friendly. I’m glad I booked through a third party, since they were able to sort out the billing quickly. Reaching the billing department directly was difficult. For the price and what the website showed, it was very disappointing and almost felt misrepresented.

Please don’t rent a vacation home from them. On March 20, I met Sara ABDULOJONOVA and paid $436. The keys didn’t work, so I told her and gave them back. I have emails from her saying I’d receive a full refund, but I never got it. She told Booking.com that I had stayed there, even though the keys were unusable, and I went to another hotel instead. I’m pursuing legal action. I also know they are subleasing, which is against the law.
