Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Arlington South

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Arlington South, thanks to the team. Manager Cynthia went above and beyond throughout. She arranged early check-in, made sure our room was ready when we arrived, and checkout was smooth and stress-free. When we got locked out, Lead Engineer Jose came quickly and got us back into the room without any hassle. He even checked that we were okay before leaving. At checkout our car wouldn't start, and Robert immediately helped with the deadbattery. That meant a lot as we were trying to get on the road. Cynthia, Jose, and Robert turned what could've been a stressful trip into a great experience. I really appreciate them and highly recommend the hotel.

Impressed! The front desk staff were professional and so friendly, and my room and the hallway were clean. The pool was clean and warm, just right in this cold weather. Hilton, please keep this place clean. The staff are doing an amazing job, and I'll definitely come back!

Good stay overall. The hotel was well kept and my room was clean. The location is convenient, with several restaurants nearby. They offer free onsite parking and it's kid friendly. Skip food from the bar or restaurant. It isn't very good and has basically microwaved quality at a high price. I ordered the pork tacos, and they were the worst I've ever had.

We were a little skeptical at first, but ended up having a great experience. The place felt safe, and guest service was very nice and helpful. The warm indoor pool was a plus. There's a full bar and breakfast and dinner onsite, and it's near everything. Downtown is about 20 minutes away, but otherwise I'd definitely recommend staying here. It's clean and has a gym and laundry.
